Hydro Ware worked on the green furnishing project for the showroom of Bi.Ci., a company from Bergamo specialising in interior architecture and furnishings for homes, outdoor spaces and contract solutions.

Every detail of the arrangement was carefully studied, considering the priority factors for managing indoor plants: light, temperature, humidity, ventilation and acoustics.

Enhancing spaces and comfort

Hydro Ware proposed the use of hydroponic plants to enhance the spaces and the designer pots proposed by the Bi.Ci. creative team.

After careful analysis of the space, tall, robust plants that could thrive in artificial light or in dimly lit areas were chosen.

Strelizia, Ficus Lyrata and Kenzia

Benefits

The plants chosen improve the indoor micro-climate by naturally regulating humidity and absorbing and reducing noise, optical and electromagnetic pollution. They also capture fine particles and filter harmful substances.

Care and maintenance

The plants used in the project are hardy, to be watered according to the gauge inserted in the pot. We check the health of the plant on a monthly basis, removing dry leaves, pruning, fertilising and cleaning the leaves.
